have been working in women’s health and advocacy
for ten years. My passion is empowering women to know and trust their
bodies
through learning about themselves and trusting their intuition. I teach
self-health workshops for women through the Network for Reproductive
Options,
I work with teen moms through the Doulas Supporting Teens program in
Eugene,
and I am a member of the Eugene Birth Companions Network as well as two
national doula organizations: CAPPA and DONA.
